Title:  Sr Lead Cloud & Infra Engg

Area(s) of responsibility

Provide design, support, installation, and configuration expertise for all infrastructure associated with Digital Products.
Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code usage in conjunction with CI/CD pipelines
Provide full-stack support for the infrastructure associated with I&O delivered services.
Provide after-hours support as needed, including a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule.
Proactively review and apply enhancements, upgrades and patches as required.
Provide proactive improvement, technical upgrades, and support of IaaS and PaaS services.
Determine and implement proper monitoring points and tuning alerts to be able to monitor the environments proactively, with automated healing.
Create and maintain systems administration documentation outlining administration policies and practices.
Support the incident escalation process as needed.
Support the Managed Service Provider teams to ensure that required tasks are performed in a high-quality manner and in alignment with the requested specification.
Define and execute Operational Procedures and enhance daily operational functions.
Health and Safety:Ensure excellence in Health & Safety (H&S) by providing visible leadership and driving for the execution of the basics of the H&S operating model and adherence to Group H&S standards and policies.
