Mandatory Skills & Experience
Experience
- 6 – 8 years of total Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering at least 2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations as a developer or senior developer.
Salesforce Core Clouds (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud — Lead/Opportunity management, forecasting, sales processes, automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud — Case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console, Entitlements.
Custom Development (Mandatory)
- Expert-level Apex — classes, triggers, trigger frameworks, asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled, Future).
- Strong Lightning Web Components (LWC) development; Aura experience is a plus.
- Proven integration experience — REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, Platform Events, Named Credentials, OAuth flows.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model — profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWD, field-level security.
- Experience with SOQL/SOSL optimization, governor limits, and large data volume considerations.
Agentforce / AI (Mandatory or Strong Plus)
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce / Agent Builder OR demonstrable experience with Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, or Einstein GPT.
- Understanding of Data Cloud concepts — data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation.
- Familiarity with Einstein Trust Layer, prompt engineering, and grounding techniques (RAG).
Tools & DevOps
- Proficiency with SFDX, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or Azure DevOps).
- Experience with change set, unlocked packages, or 2GP for deployments.
