Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a QA leadership role, with experience in transformation initiatives.
- Tools: Proficient in TestRail and JIRA, with a strong understanding of how these tools can be leveraged to optimize testing processes.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and manage teams across different projects while ensuring compliance with QA processes.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical requirements and processes to cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues in real-time and implement effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Supply Chain environments.
- Previous experience working with large, distributed teams.
- Familiarity with other project management or QA tools is a plus.
