About the Job:

At Birlasoft, we're looking for an experienced HCM Functional Consultant with a specialization in Talent Management.

Title: HCM Functional Consultant – Talent Management

Location: Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore

Educational Background: Any Graduation

Skills Required

  • Atleast 2 full life cycle implementations of Talent Management Modules.
  • Basic knowledge of Core HCM is required.
  • Experience in configuring complete goals and performance cycles, along with approval flows.
  • Should be able to implement all 6 modules of Talent Management.
  • Should have knowledge on Core HR and Talent Management New release and Redwood pages.
  • Should have experience on Talent AI Features.
  • Must have knowledge on AOR, Custom Roles and Security Profiles.
  • Must have hands on experience on Journey’s module.
  • Good Knowledge of Setting up Lookups, Value sets, DFF and EFF’s.
  • Created Questions, Questionnaire Templates and Questionnaires.
  • Must have hands on experience of Sandbox for customization.
  • Should be able to do end to end functional testing for Core HR and Talent Management.
  • Must be well versed in conducting CRP, TTT, UAT, and manager cutover activities.
  • Should have worked on deliverable documentations (Test Scripts, User Manuals, Configuration Workbook, Security Matrix).

Additional Requirements

  • Primarily office-based with the option for remote work as per company policy.
  • May require occasional travel for training, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours to manage system upgrades and provide support as needed.
