JD- Manager - Learning Partner
Experience-
- 12-15 years of total experience in L&D domain, in IT Services organization, with good understanding of technology landscape
- Person with prior experience/understanding of working with the business units and leadership on understanding the capability development requirements and lead the initiatives for the business would be preferred.
Key Responsibility Areas:

- Learning Partner for a Business Unit: Responsible to partner with Business to enable capability building / employee upskilling based on the business needs, client requirement and employees needs, this will include the following:
- Conduct training needs identification exercise every year- re-validate the same every quarter with Business
- Analyze business structure, skilling needs and work out a capability development strategy for respective business
- Work closely with Business SPOCs to understand business goals, challenges & suggest solution from Learning perspective
- Design the role, skill learning journey for employees
- Effective utilization of business analytics
- Enable execution of training programs for that unit in collaboration with Academy Teams/External partners
- Understand Pro-active skilling needs of business & launch programs/initiatives to enable up-skilling proactively
- Report monthly dashboards to Business on training outlook of the function
- Lead employee awareness on various L&D initiatives/process/programs for the Unit through Town Halls, Employee forums etc.
- Ensure completion/penetration of all L&D initiatives for the Business Unit
- Monthly governance with the leadership.
- Exploring trends in L&D and bring best practices
- Represent L&D in internal, external and client audits
