Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for Strategic enterprise accounts
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
    • Ability to map Client Stakeholders and prepare Value proposition while collaborating with the Service lines and Global Account management teams
  2. Account Management:
    • Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
    • Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention.
    • Responsible for the Individual targets related to Revenue, Order Book, Margin and CSAT for the said accounts
    • Collaborate with the Global Account Management and Delivery teams to grow the accounts
  3. Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling between IT and  and services.
    • Collaborate with sales, Service line SME’s and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  4. Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
    • Work along with the delivery teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  5. Performance Monitoring:
    • Track and report on account performance metrics.
    • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
    • Proven experience in account management or client relationship roles, preferably in the technology sector.
    • Previous experience of account management for the Technology-Enterprise clients is a plus.
  2. Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Analytical skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions.
  3. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a preferable Business Management acumen.
    • Advanced degrees or certifications in account management are advantageous.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Based in India, with potential travel to client sites as needed.
  • Reporting: Typically reports to a senior manager or director within the organization.
