Job Description Solman Consultant
- Incident Management (IT Service Management)
- Change Request Management (ChaRM)
- Managing Solution Manager Projects and Blueprint
- Integration with SNOW etc
- knowledge on various Solution Manager Features
- Configuration knowledge of Incident Management process and IT Service Management features in Solution Manager
- Configuration knowledge of Change Management process (ChaRM), Project Management, Quality Gate Management, integration with HP-ALM and ARIS.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module
- Knowledge of configuring and managing BRF rules
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining user group mapping/Organization Modal
- Support the end user with issues related to Solman
- Taking Demo and training sessions for the end users
- Knowledge of configuring and maintaining Failure Alerts and queues.
- Troubleshooting technical issues with Solman (e.g. user unable to attach any document, user unable to close the incident, Integration issues with SNOW, user profile issues, Issues related to user group mapping etc.
