Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Product Manager/Program Manager to join our team in the Print Business Unit of our client. You will be responsible for end-to-end program and project management, working closely with both business stakeholders and IT architects to design and deliver solutions across multiple systems. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to bring cross-functional teams together, drive clarity, and ensure successful execution of business-critical initiatives.

You will work directly with various internal teams to define business problems, current and desired end states, and high-level requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of solutions, ensuring timelines and milestones are met, and manage communication across the relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Program Management: Lead overall project and program management activities, working with stakeholders across business and IT teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with BTS architects and business leaders to put together complete solutions by identifying business processes, system dependencies, and integration points.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, bringing together diverse groups of stakeholders to drive decision-making and ensure alignment.
  • Process Mapping & Documentation: Facilitate process mapping using tools such as Signavio, and manage high-level requirements, features, and epics in JIRA.
  • Team Coordination: Work with system owners to ensure user stories are created and aligned with high-level business requirements.
  • Contractual/Commercial Expertise: While expertise in consumer space is present within the team, this role will require familiarity with the contractual or commercial space, particularly around pricing, quoting, and back-end systems.

Required Skills:

  • Program/Project Management: 3-7 years of experience in product or program management roles.
  • Contractual/Commercial Space Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with contractual or commercial processes (pricing, quoting, etc.).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving clarity and consensus.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to bring together diverse teams and align them towards common goals.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficient in using JIRA for managing epics, features, and user stories. Familiarity with Signavio or other process mapping tools is a plus.
  • Agile Methodologies: Comfortable working in Agile environments, managing backlogs, and ensuring successful execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Location Flexibility: Houston or Austin-based candidates preferred, but open to remote work with a focus on Europe and US time zones.
  • Experience in Print or Personal Systems: Experience in the print or personal systems space would be beneficial but not required.
  • JIRA Expertise: Strong familiarity with JIRA for project management, especially managing features and overseeing execution.
  • Ability to Work in Cross-Cultural Teams: Experience working with teams across the US, EMEA, and India for delivery and execution.
