Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Automation Developer

Location: Pune (Hybrid - 3days in a week at office, 2 days wfh, Candidate needs to report to only Pune office) (Relocation is considerable)

Shift Timings: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Contract Duration: 23 Months.

Interview: 2 rounds (HM's availability is between 3PM – 4PM)

1.Project Overview: Project goal is to create/deliver self-service infrastructure experience of services to developer community. (Very high level)

2.Contractor’s Role: Within an Agile team to take on a variety of stories to create cloud platform services and frameworks to build our Private Cloud platform. Design and implement automation utilizing VMWare vRealize products to delivery infrastructure services – vRealize Automation (VRA), vRealize Orchestrator (VRO). Use tools like Azure DevOps/VSTS to validate requirements, deploy, and troubleshoot deployments of code and technologies in stage and production environments.

Demonstrate knowledge of container technology (such as Docker), database technology (such as MySQL, MS-SQL, MongoDB, CockroachDB or PostgreSQL and development language (such as Java, Perl, PHP or Python). Demonstrate knowledge base coding with Ansible and / or Terraform automation scripting languages.

3.Experience Level: Level 2 - 5-7+ years Senior

4. Qualifications: BE/ Any master's in computer science

5.Must have skills:

• Overall Experience: - 5-7 Years

• Relevant exp – 3 years (Must)

• Ansible, Python, Power Shell/Shell script, – 3 years

• Docker, Kubernetes – 1 year

• Ansible Tower, Any other Automation or Orchestrator – 3 years

• VRA & VRO (VMware Automation Plattforms)- 3 years

• Development Background

• Good Communication Skill

7.Tasks & responsibilities:

Day to day, this person will work within an Agile Application Development team on our Private Cloud Infrastructure developing self-service infrastructure provisioning services using our VMWare Cloud Services, Ansible, and other cloud scripting technologies working on both on both Windows and Linux OS platforms.

Using experience with assessment, implementation, optimization, and documentation of broad set of security technologies and processes such as data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management, systems security, network security within IaaS, PaaS environments and CI/CD pipeline tooling and deployments.
