HCM Functional Lead - Compensation Expert 

 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Should have a total of at least 7+ years IT experience with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience on Compensation 
  • Oracle cloud HCM expert and will be assigned to implementation/support projects where your domain experience on Compensation will be use. 
  • Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology. 
  • Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud 
  • Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design. 
  • Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports. 
  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. 
  • Should have a strong understanding of Fast Formulas. 
  • Responsible for analysis, modeling, budgeting, and administration of local and global compensation plans 
  • Manages salary structures, bonus programs, and other compensation-related activities 

 

Product Skills 

  • Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams 
  • Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product 
  • Should have done end to end configuration of Compensation module  
  • Must be expert in module-based Fast Formulas in Compensation 
  • Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration and testing 
  • Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities 
  • Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle HCM Cloud
