HCM Functional Lead - Compensation Expert
Roles & Responsibilities
- Should have a total of at least 7+ years IT experience with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience on Compensation
- Oracle cloud HCM expert and will be assigned to implementation/support projects where your domain experience on Compensation will be use.
- Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
- Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
- Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.
- Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
- Should have a strong understanding of Fast Formulas.
- Responsible for analysis, modeling, budgeting, and administration of local and global compensation plans
- Manages salary structures, bonus programs, and other compensation-related activities
Product Skills
- Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams
- Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product
- Should have done end to end configuration of Compensation module
- Must be expert in module-based Fast Formulas in Compensation
- Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration and testing
- Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities
- Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle HCM Cloud
