About the Job – We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Senior Salesforce Developer with excellent communication skills and 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and customization. This role requires hands-on expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

  5. Skills Required – Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small to mid-size team of developers.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Apex (Triggers, Batch classes, Test classes).
  • Create Lightning Web Components (LWC) from scratch.
  • Design and implement various types of Salesforce Flows.
  • Work on complex integrations with other systems.
  • Utilize Industry Clouds, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Apex.
  • 2+ years of experience creating LWC components from scratch.
  • Good understanding of different types of Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with complex integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Industry Clouds, Data Cloud, and Sales
