About the Role: -

A leader responsible for the functioning of HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance and any Non-IT purchase and Related Purchase. At least 6-10 plus years of Work Experience in managing purchaser role for HR, Marketing, legal Finance, Non-IT and Related Purchases.

 

Job Title: - Procurement Specialist

Location: -Pune and Noida

Education: -Bachelor’s degree in relevant professional discipline (at least) MBA (or equivalent) preferred

Expertise Areas / Competencies / Job Requirement

  • Specialized knowledge and independent handling of Purchase related to HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance and any non-IT purchase.
  • Excellent Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management skills
  • Good Negotiation skills to put forth Company objectives and ensure mutuality of interests
  • Inter-personal skills to facilitate inter-departmental working
  • Good Knowledge of ISO Compliance and IFC controls in the area of responsibility

Complete operational responsibility for HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance and any Non-IT Related Purchase on Pan India Basis (End to End). Additionally, knowledge and know how at Global Level would be preferred

  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of Contract drafting and understanding of various contractual clauses
  • Good Knowledge of working SAP as ERP.
  • Mange all RFP/RFQ related to Facility Services Purchase on Pan India Basis
  • Bring about changes/ improvements in the assigned area
  • Creativity and communication skills to facilitate working of systems

Areas of responsibility

  • Managing HR, Marketing, Legal, finance, non-IT purchase and related purchase

Knowledge and skill

  • Good knowledge of entire P2P cycle and process and SAP ERP
  • Expert, in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and in writing
  • Very good understanding of Company business and Procurement Policy and process.
