Job Overview

The AVP - Program Manager will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the successful execution of various programs and initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, risk management, and team leadership to ensure all programs are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality. The AVP - Program Manager will work closely with senior management to define program objectives, develop program budgets, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to navigate through ambiguity and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of projects and programs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the projects are compatible.
  • Develop and control the full project lifecycle and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status and risks.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software like MS Project, JIRA, etc.
  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or a relevant Master's degree is highly preferred.
