Job Title: Senior Director – Onsite Account Delivery Partner (Healthcare)

Location: Onsite (Client Location – New Jersey)

Grade: 8B

Role Overview:

As the Senior Director – Onsite Account Delivery Partner, you will be the strategic face of the organisation at the client site, responsible for end-to-end delivery, relationship management, and account growth. This role demands deep healthcare domain expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver value across digital, cloud, and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison for the account, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders across Pharma, MedTech, and R&D verticals.
  • Lead strategic planning and governance discussions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
  • Represent the organisation in executive steering committees, quarterly business reviews, and innovation councils.

Delivery Oversight & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams including SAP, GenAI, RPA, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, quality benchmarks, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and agile practices.

Proposal, RFP & Contract Management

  • Lead solutioning and proposal development for new opportunities, including RFP responses and SOW negotiations.
  • Collaborate with offshore and pre-sales teams to define scope, pricing, and delivery models.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and client procurement standards.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with offshore delivery leads, practice heads, and domain experts to ensure seamless execution.
  • Mentor and guide onsite team members, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Coordinate with internal leadership on resource planning, financial forecasting, and strategic investments.

Account Growth & Farming

  • Identify growth opportunities within the account and convert them into billable engagements.
  • Drive farming initiatives across digital transformation, data & analytics, and enterprise platforms.
  • Track and report account health metrics including revenue, margin, CSAT, and delivery KPIs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Healthcare Domain Knowledge, or related field.

Experience: 15+ years in IT delivery and account management, with at least 5 years in onsite leadership roles.

Domain Expertise: Strong background in Healthcare or Pharma, including regulatory compliance, clinical systems, and patient engagement platforms.

Certifications: PMP, SAFE, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience managing large healthcare accounts.
  • Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML, and Data Science initiatives in healthcare.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA.
