We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales/Business Development Hunter with a strong track record in the Insurance (Property & Casualty) industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, a proven ability to acquire new logos, and an entrepreneurial mindset geared toward aggressive growth.
🧭 Summary

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development with Tier I/II IT Services or Systems Integrators in the U.S. market.

Demonstrated success in hunting new logos and expanding presence within the Insurance vertical.

Experience selling services such as Application Development & Support, Testing, and IT Consulting.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across the Insurance (P&C) sector.

Own the end-to-end sales process from lead generation through deal closure.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives across prospective clients.

Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and sales presentations.

Collaborate with internal solutioning, delivery, and practice teams to build compelling proposals.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
💼 Required Skills & Experience

A proven “hunter” profile with consistent quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year sales achievement.

Experience working with offshore delivery models and global teams.

Strong understanding of Insurance value chains including Annuity, Commercial, Reinsurance, and P&C.

Deep familiarity with vendor selection processes (RFI/RFP), enterprise deal structuring, and third-party advisory engagements (e.g. TPI, Equaterra).

Ability to manage complex sales cycles and executive-level negotiations.

Robust professional network within Insurance circles, industry associations, and alumni communities.
🌍 Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel extensively to client sites for business development, contract negotiations, and relationship management.
