Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Vice President - Sales. This role is pivotal in driving the company's revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying and targeting new business opportunities, and leading a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest necessary improvements.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
