Role: Sr. Director Sales - Hitech Location: West Coast
Position Overview: Birlasoft has an opportunity for a Sr. Director - Sales (Hi-Tech domain). The ideal candidate will have experience selling project-based IT development solutions or digital transformation services to the Hi-Tech Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Business Development: Successfully sell project-based IT development solutions and digital transformation services within the Hi-Tech sector and acquire new customers (new logos).
- Consulting Services Sales: Market and sell digital consulting services with a globally distributed workforce, positioning Birlasoft's technology services and delivery capabilities to potential customers.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our advisory, delivery, and product teams to bring the best of our offerings and capabilities.
- Grow Relationships: Focus on growing Birlasoft’s relationships and portfolio within the Hi-Tech industry.
- Pipeline Building: Continually build and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities and nurture key relationships by engaging high-level executives.
Qualifications:
- Over ten years in IT services with a recent track record of selling, winning new business, and building relationships with a focus on selling Digital, Cloud transformation, Testing, AI, Data Analytics, & Big Data services.
- Knowledge of the Hi-Tech Industry and Digital Transformation business to grow and build the business.
- Extensive experience selling solutions and services to commercial accounts.
- Prior experience in marketing and selling digital consulting services for an IT services firm with a globally distributed workforce.
