Title: Agentic AI developer-Subcontractor
Description:
Area(s) of responsibility
- Design and develop agent-based automation solutions using agentic principles such as planning, reasoning, tool usage, and decision loops
- Build and orchestrate intelligent agents across automation and AI workflows
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
- Collaborate with architects and business teams to translate problems into agent-driven solutions
- Ensure solution reliability, scalability, and governance
Skills & Experience
- Experience with agentic or intelligent automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere Agentic, Azure Foundry, Microsoft Kernel, or similar)
- Strong understanding of agentic concepts and orchestration patterns
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, or equivalent
- Experience integrating LLMs with tools, workflows, and enterprise systems
Platform-agnostic mindset with ability to adapt to evolving agent frameworks
