Agile PLM Migration Consultant
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Mumbai, Pune
Experience: 6-9 years
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Agile PLM Consultant with a strong background in data migration to lead and support the transition of legacy systems to Oracle Agile PLM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile PLM modules, data mapping, migration strategy, and integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Agile PLM.
- Analyze existing PLM data structures and define migration strategies.
- Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Configure and customize Agile PLM modules as per business requirements.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation post-migration.
- Develop and maintain migration documentation, including data maps and process flows.
- Provide post-migration support and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience with discreet manufacturing industry a major plus
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM, with at least 2 years in data migration projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile PLM modules (e.g., Product Collaboration, Engineering Collaboration, PG&C).
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting for data manipulation.
- Experience with ETL tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Web Services, APIs).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Agile PLM certification.
- Experience with Agile PLM upgrades or cloud migration.
- Knowledge of industry standards in PLM (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
- Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or high-tech industries.
