Job Overview
As a Sr Engineer-Eng Services, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex engineering projects. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions to meet business needs. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Your expertise in engineering principles, your problem-solving skills, and your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering objectives and business goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineering staff.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for Process Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and control processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance issues.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
