AWS Control Tower Review – Cloud Infrastructure architect to support AWS PS Lead Architect

·       Discovery phase

·       Birlasoft - x 1 Cloud Infra Architect required for approx. 10 days

·       Offshore/Remote support

·       Start Date: SOW with SGN is signed so start at the earliest

Scope:

AWS will advise and assist Customer with conducting an assessment of  mutually agreed Customer AWS Control Tower

·       Review and capture Customer’s current state AWS Control Tower

·       Review key findings from the Control Tower Assessment

·       Develop and provide recommendations, based on AWS general best practices on the following:

·       Key findings and observations from Customer’s AWS Control Tower assessment

·       Provide recommendations, based on AWS general best practices on:

·       design of AWS Control Tower upgrades based on Customer agreed AWS Control Tower

·       High level roadmap for AWS Control Tower upgrade implementation
