Methodologies & tools: Expert in project management methods (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid), with proficiency in portfolio/PM tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, SPIRA, Azure DevOps/Jira, Power BI)
Skills:
- Strategic planning, integrated scheduling, and dependency management
- Financial management (budgeting, forecasting, benefits tracking)
- Stakeholder management up to senior/executive levels
- Vendor/partner leadership and contract awareness
- Risk, issue, and change control with data‑driven decision support
- Strong written/verbal communication and executive storytelling
