Job Description – Automation Test Engineer (Selenium | 6 – 7 Years) Experience: 7 – 11 Years Technical Skills: • Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred) • Experience in automation framework development (TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber) • Good understanding of OOP concepts and programming fundamentals • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle) • Familiarity with API automation • Experience with cross-browser testing and debugging automation scripts Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Positive attitude with strong ownership and accountability • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement Qualifications: • 4–6 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium • Proven experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks
