Title:  Automation -Technical Lead-Testing Services

Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and enhance Selenium based automation frameworks using Java, aligned to QACoE standards
•    Implement and maintain API automation solutions for REST services using Java based libraries
•    Develop reusable automation components, utilities, and libraries for web and API testing
•    Execute, debug, and maintain automated regression suites; analyze failures and improve script stability
•    Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives
•    Ensure adherence to automation best practices, coding standards, and framework governance
•    Collaborate with functional QA, development, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery models
•    Support test data preparation, defect analysis, and root cause identification related to automation failures
 
Required Skills & Experience
•    6–10 years of experience in test automation for enterprise applications
•    Strong hands on expertise in Java and Selenium WebDriver
•    Proven experience in API automation (REST services)
•    Solid experience in automation framework design, customization, and maintenance
•    Strong understanding of OOP concepts, automation design patterns, and test architecture
•    Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
•    Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
 
Good to Have
•    Experience with BDD frameworks, automation reporting, and execution dashboards
•    Exposure to CI/CD tools and automation execution at scale
•    Ability to mentor junior engineers on automation best practices
•    Experience working in large QA CoE or client facing environments
