Area(s) of responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define data management policies.
- Design and implement SAP ILM solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and industry-specific regulations.
- Configure SAP ILM functionalities including retention rules, data archiving, data masking, and data deletion.
- Develop and execute data retention and deletion strategies to optimize storage utilization and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide expertise in data privacy and protection by implementing SAP ILM features such as data masking and pseudonymization.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of SAP ILM solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP ILM functionalities.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for SAP ILM environments.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP ILM features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and documentation activities.
