About the JOB

Candidate is responsible for closely monitor the daily/weekly run schedules in UC4.

He/ She should be ready for 24/7 shifts. Mandatory to maintain the SLA of tickets with regular follow-up.

 

Title: German Language  Technical specialist

Experience Required – 3-6 Relevant years. less than/greater than experience profiles will consider as screen reject.

Location: Bengaluru Sec 62

Notice Period – 0-30 Days only

Mode – Hybrid (3 days are mandatory)

Shift – Rotational shift

Salary – 10-13 LPA

Educational Background: • BE, B. Tech. or MCA/MS (Comp Sc.) from reputed institute

Core Responsilities

Candidates to possess minimum German Proficiency level B2.2/B.A. C1, C2/M.A.

Should be able to communicate with clients in German over emails/calls .

Should comfortably do technical translation mostly related to software development from German to English .

Exposure to SLA based project including follow up of tickets, email & Ticket handling and informing stakeholders

Candidate is responsible for closely monitoring the daily/weekly run schedules . Exposure to UC4 is preferred .

He/ She should be ready for 24/7 shifts. Mandatory to maintain the SLA of tickets with regular follow-up.

Spoken and written communication skills should be very good
