Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all e-commerce activities in relation to sales, marketing, and product presentation.
- Provide Domain support and expertise to the Ecommerce testing team during SIT and UAT
- Knowledge on Manage product listings, including writing product descriptions, updating pricing information, and managing inventory
- Knowledge on Handle online marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Test website functionality and improve user interface and experience
- Coordinate with the Business team and identify the testing requirements, design and develop use cases
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and e-commerce trends
- Exposure to various regulatory and compliance industry standards across multiple region.
