Description:
- Manage Infor LN environment setup, configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance across development, test, and production environments.
- Administer user management, role-based access, security policies, and authorization controls within the LN ecosystem.
- Perform system patching, upgrades, and release deployments, ensuring minimal business disruption and adherence to change management processes.
- Provide AMS/application support for Infor LN, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and coordination with functional and technical teams.
- Support and administer Infor OS components such as ION, IDM, and Mingle, including workflow, document, and integration-related activities.
- Monitor system health, performance, background jobs, interfaces, and batch processes to ensure high availability and operational stability.
- Handle deployment activities, migration support, and environment refreshes, including validation and post-deployment checks.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations/interfaces between Infor LN and connected enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for performance tuning, issue resolution, and system optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and support knowledge articles for administration activities.
- Support backup, recovery, audit, and compliance requirements related to the LN environment.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and database administration is preferred for managing hosted environments and backend dependencies.
