Required skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant QA experience on a D365 CRM (Mandatory).
  • Good Experience to Test Case Design, Reviews and Approval process.
  • Good Understanding of Manual Testing Concepts, Approaches, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience on Defect Management.
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle & Test Methodologies.
  • Logging the defect using defect tool.
  • Good Understanding of All the Testing Phases, Approaches and Types of Testing.
  • Good knowledge on Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules in CRM application.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute manual test cases for CRM applications.
  • Validate CRM functionalities, workflows, and user interface.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements.
  • Assist in identifying test scenarios based on specifications.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Work with developers to retest and verify bug fixes.
  • Conduct regression testing after system updates or new feature releases.
