Title: Infor LN Funtional Consultant
Area(s) of responsibility
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for LN INFOR implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and LN INFOR capabilities.
2. System Configuration and Customization
- Configure LN INFOR modules based on business requirements, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and others.
- Customize system functionalities where necessary to fit unique organizational needs, while ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop enhancements, integrations, and custom reports.
3. Implementation and Deployment
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for LN INFOR rollouts.
- Lead or support data migration activities, including mapping legacy data to LN INFOR structures.
- Conduct system testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) to ensure solution meets business requirements.
4. Training and User Support
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end users to maximize system adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve user issues and ensure smooth system operation.
- Act as a liaison between users and technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
5. Process Improvement and Optimization
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimizations leveraging LN INFOR functionalities.
- Monitor system usage and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive best practices across the organization.
6. Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and business processes.
- Ensure system processes comply with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management and external auditors as needed.
7. Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with cross-functional teams.
