Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Infor LN Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Infor LN ERP software and will be responsible for the technical implementation, customization, and support of the system. As an Infor LN Technical Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to design, develop, and enhance their ERP systems in alignment with their business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead the technical implementation of Infor LN, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems.

• Customization & Development:

  • Develop and customize Infor LN applications using programming languages (like Infor ION, .NET, or other relevant tools) to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards utilizing Infor tools such as Infor ION BI or other reporting solutions.

• Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Infor LN issues, working closely with clients to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure successful deployments and upgrades.

• Documentation & Training:

  • Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
  • Train end-users and client IT teams on system functionality and best practices.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Participate in meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
