KEY ACTIVITES AND DELIVERABLES
Activities:
o Administer and support Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms
o Design and maintain workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations
o Implement and maintain automation to reduce manual effort
o Support incident, request, agile, and portfolio use cases
o Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and management needs
o Manage integrations with external tools (e.g., CI/CD, ITSM, reporting tools)
o Ensure platform governance, documentation, and best practices
o Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
o Support Tech Operating Model, enabling transitions, migrations and support audit activities
Key deliverables:
o Configured and optimized Jira and Confluence environments
o Well documented workflows, templates, and standards
o Automated rules and reduced manual operations
o Dashboards and reports supporting decision‑making
o Knowledge base and operational runbooks
