Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Transition Scope:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the full scope of the transition project.
- Identify and document current challenges and desired outcomes.
- Break Down Transition into Sprints:
- Work with the Product Owner to divide the project into manageable tasks.
- Ensure each sprint delivers incremental value and allows for review and refinement.
- Document Business Requirements:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements reflecting the future state post-transition.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria based on these requirements.
- Create and Refine User Stories:
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Engage Stakeholders:
- Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders throughout the project.
