Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized PMO to drive project governance, portfolio management, delivery excellence, and strategic program execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing enterprise-scale programs, stakeholder communication, PMO processes, risk management, and reporting frameworks.

The PMO will work closely with business leaders, project managers, technology teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

PMO Governance & Strategy
* Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
* Drive standardization of project management processes across portfolios and programs.
* Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
* Define and track PMO KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

 Program & Portfolio Management
* Manage multiple programs simultaneously with end-to-end ownership.
* Support portfolio prioritization and strategic planning initiatives.
* Conduct project reviews, health checks, and governance meetings.

Stakeholder Management
* Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
* Provide executive-level status reporting and actionable insights.
* Facilitate steering committee meetings and decision-making forums.
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.

Resource & Financial Management
* Support resource planning, utilization tracking, and capacity management.
* Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
* Drive optimization of delivery costs and operational efficiency.

Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve PMO maturity and delivery effectiveness.
* Mentor project managers and team members on PMO best practices.
* Drive adoption of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as applicable.


Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
* 8–10 years of experience in PMO, program management, or project governance roles.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
* Experience managing enterprise-scale transformation or technology programs.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in IT, Digital Transformation, Healthcare, BFSI, Telecom, or Consulting domains is an advantage.
* Exposure to governance reporting for leadership and CXO stakeholders.
* Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
