Job Overview Automation Anywhere 

We are seeking a skilled Automation Anywhere Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions. In this role, you’ll help streamline business operations, optimize workflows, and bring scalable automation to life using Automation Anywhere's digital workforce platform.

Location - Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Mode - Hybrid, 3 days in a week

Experience - 6-8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360

- Collaborate with business analysts and process SMEs to gather requirements and map automatable processes

- Build robust bots including attended, unattended, and IQ Bot-based solutions

- Maintain reusable automation components and ensure code modularity

- Perform unit testing and participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality

- Assist in deploying bots to production and monitor their performance

- Maintain detailed documentation including PDDs and SDDs for governance and audit purposes

- Support production bots and troubleshoot issues as needed

- Stay current with new Automation Anywhere features and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience developing with Automation Anywhere (preferably A360)

- Proficiency with bot development lifecycle and best practices

- Experience with IQ Bot, MetaBots, and Control Room functionality

- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data handling (JSON/XML)

- Solid understanding of exception handling, logging, and error recovery strategies

- Knowledge of RPA governance, security, and compliance standards

 Preferred Skills

- Experience with Python, VBScript, or JavaScript

- Exposure to other automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is a plus

- Understanding of OCR/NLP technologies

- Experience working in Agile environments
