Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Functional Lead with deep expertise in Master Data Governance (MDG) and related SAP components such as PLM, MM, BRF+, Workflow, and Enterprise Rules (ER). The role involves leading MDG implementations, designing governance frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementations for Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance Master Data.
- Define MDG data models, governance processes, and workflow configurations.
- Configure MDG Business Rules Framework (BRF+), validations, and derivations.
- Design and implement MDG workflows for approvals and governance.
- Integration & Data Management
- Integrate MDG with SAP ECC/S4HANA, PLM, and external systems using ALE/IDoc, Web Services, and APIs.
- Ensure data quality, harmonization, and compliance across global landscapes.
- Manage data replication using SOA services and Data Replication Framework (DRF).
- Governance & Compliance
- Define data governance policies, stewardship roles, and approval hierarchies.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and security standards.
