Key Responsibilities
- Administration & Support
- Manage and maintain Exchange Online and Exchange Server On-Premises environments.
- Configure and support Postfix SMTP relays and related mail routing infrastructure.
- Monitor Database Availability Groups (DAGs), transport queues, and overall system health.
- Troubleshoot hybrid mail flow, free/busy issues, calendar delegate problems, and permission-related issues.
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for messaging-related incidents and service requests.
- Design & Implementation
- Plan and execute migrations between On-Premises Exchange and Exchange Online (Office 365).
- Design and implement secure mail flow, hybrid configurations, and coexistence strategies.
- Integrate messaging systems with third-party applications and services.
