Title: OTM Functional Specialist-Enterprise Apps
Area(s) of responsibility
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for Oracle OTM and GTM applications
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical production issues
- Perform OTM configurations, enhancements, and minor customizations
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests as per SLAs
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support preventive solutions
- Support global users and participate in shift‑based production support calls
OTM Functional & Module Expertise
Order Management: Order Base, Order Release, Shipment Planning and Execution
Planning & Optimization: Rate Management, Network Routing, Capacity & Constraints
Execution & Visibility: Tendering, Shipment Execution, Event Management, Tracking
Freight Settlement: Invoicing, Charge Management, Match & Approve
Configuration Management: Agents, Automation, Business Rules, Reference Data, Locations, Lanes
Technical & Integration Expertise
- Hands‑on experience with OTM extensibility: Agents, Agent Actions, Business Rules
- Security, Roles, Access Control Integration with Oracle, ERP Cloud, legacy/on-prem ERPs
- Ability to decode and troubleshoot integrations using SOA, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with ERP integrations including JDE, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Cloud
- Strong understanding of XML payloads, integration logs, and interface error handling
- Middleware (OIC, SOA, OSB) Payload design, transformation, error handling, reconciliation
- Inbound/outbound OTM/GTM interfaces; Data migration
- SaaS migrations; Data validation, reconciliation, post-migration support; SQL skills
GTM Responsibilities
- Support Oracle GTM trade compliance and transportation execution processes
- Maintain GTM master data and support GTM‑OTM integrations
- Troubleshoot compliance and trade‑related transactional issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Strong techno‑functional expertise and supply chain domain knowledge
- Prior experience in AMS / Production Support projects
- Handle communication with Oracle Support Team
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational and global support shifts
