Job Title: Ops center Discrete Developer / Expert – MES Implementation & Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OpsCenter Discrete Developer / Expert with a deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and hands-on experience with OPC (OLE for Process Control). The ideal candidate will have successfully led and supported MES implementations and rollouts across multiple manufacturing plants. This role involves solution development, integration, deployment, and ongoing support in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•            Design, develop, and configure solutions using Siemens OpsCenter Discrete MES.

•            Integrate MES with shop floor systems and automation layers using OPC UA/DA protocols.

•            Lead and support multi-plant MES rollouts, ensuring alignment with operational and business goals.

•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, automation, and IT.

•            Provide post-deployment support, issue resolution, and system optimization.

•            Document technical specifications, configurations, and support procedures.

•            Ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
