Job Title: Oracle BI Publisher Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Oracle BI Publisher Developer to support a strategic migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher and related technologies, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher (RTF, Excel, PDF templates).
• Migrate existing reports from Createforms! to Oracle BI Publisher.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
• Optimize data models and XML data sources for performance and accuracy.
• Integrate BI Publisher reports with Oracle ERP systems (EBS, Fusion Cloud).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and formatting.
• Support version upgrades and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–6 years of experience in Oracle BI Publisher development.
• Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, and RTF templates.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, or PeopleSoft reporting.
• Familiarity with OTBI, OAC, or OBIEE is a plus.
• Understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, HR, or SCM.
