About the Job: – We are seeking an experienced Oracle GTM Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Oracle GTM (Global Trade Management) Cloud solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Oracle applications and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve functional gaps while facilitating effective design and deployment strategies.

Educational Background –
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Long Description
Key Responsibilities –
1.Design Documentation:
oPrepare detailed design documents, use cases, and comprehensive test documentation for GTM applications.
oDevelop Configuration Documents to guide implementation and ensure alignment with business requirements.
2.Feasibility Analysis:
oPerform feasibility analyses and prepare options or quick Proof of Concepts (POCs) on GTM applications to assist in the design of effective solutions.
3.Gap Analysis:
oIdentify gaps in application functionality and collaborate with Oracle support, as well as relevant Cummins groups, to develop optimum solutions that meet business needs.
4.Solution Development:
oParticipate in all solution development activities, including testing and deployment planning.
oFacilitate the design of workarounds for identified gaps to ensure continuous operation and functionality.
5.Report Development:
oDevelop, test, and deploy various reports, style sheets, stored procedures, agents, saved queries, and screen sets to support GTM operations.
6.Technical Documentation:
oPrepare and maintain technical documentation to support applications and systems, ensuring all procedures and configurations are clearly articulated.
7.Support and Maintenance:
oSupport GTM Cloud quarterly releases, including testing and deployment of new features and updates.
oResolve issues in ServiceNow based on user requests, ensuring timely support and resolution
Skills Required:
•Proven experience with Oracle GTM Cloud applications and related technologies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and addressing application functionality gaps.
•Experience developing detailed design and configuration documentation.
•Proficient in report writing, data analysis, and application testing.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
•Oracle certifications related to GTM or Cloud applications are preferred.
