Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle GTM Cloud Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our Global Trade Management (GTM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and configuring applications within the Oracle GTM Cloud environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design solutions, identify application gaps, and provide support for quarterly releases.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Documentation: Prepare detailed design documents, user cases, and comprehensive test documentation to support GTM Cloud functionalities.

  • Configuration Development: Develop configuration documents that outline the customizations and configurations made within the Oracle GTM Cloud application.

  • Feasibility Analysis: Conduct feasibility analyses and prepare options or quick Proof of Concepts (POCs) for GTM applications, assisting in designing effective solutions.

  • Gap Identification: Identify and document gaps in application functionality; work collaboratively with Oracle and internal teams to devise optimal solutions.

  • Solution Development: Engage in solution development activities, which include testing and creating deployment plans to ensure smooth implementation of new features or changes.

  • Workarounds Facilitation: Facilitate the design of workarounds for identified gaps, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.

  • Report and Procedure Development: Develop, test, and deploy essential components such as reports, style sheets, stored procedures, agents, saved queries, and screen sets to enhance application utilities.

  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation that reflects system architecture, configurations, and processes for future reference.

  • Quarterly Release Support: Provide support for GTM Cloud quarterly releases, ensuring new functionalities are effectively integrated and any issues addressed promptly.

  • Issue Resolution: Utilize ServiceNow to respond to and resolve user issues and requests related to the GTM application, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
