Job Title: Planon Developer/PlanOn Functional
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize Planon software to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between Planon and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, HR, Finance).
• Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting for Planon solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance within the Planon environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, configurations, and best practices.
• Support end-users by providing training and resolving system issues.
• Work closely with IT and facility management teams to optimize workplace and asset management processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in Planon software development, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Planon Business Rules, Planon Web Services, and Planon OpenAPI.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and XML for Planon customization.
• Experience with data migration, report development, and dashboard customization in Planon.
• Understanding of enterprise asset management, facility management, and workplace management solutions.
• Knowledge of integration techniques (REST APIs, SOAP, Middleware) for connecting Planon with third-party applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with ERP, HR, or Finance system integrations with Planon.
• Knowledge of ITIL, CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management), or IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems).
• Experience with cloud-based Planon deployments (SaaS, PaaS).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools for reporting in Planon.
