PowerApps LCNC L3 – Job Description

Experience:
6–10 years of IT application development experience, with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and LCNC architecture.

Role Summary:
Responsible for designing and delivering complex enterprise-grade solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. Acts as a technical lead, ensuring governance, scalability, and best practices across LCNC implementations.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced solutions using PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Define LCNC solution architecture, integration patterns, and security models.
• Lead design workshops and collaborate with business SMEs, IT teams, and COE for governance.
• Develop custom connectors, PCF controls, and reusable components for enterprise apps.
• Drive migration from legacy platforms (InfoPath, Lotus Notes) to Power Platform.
• Establish and enforce governance standards, performance optimization, and compliance.

Must-Have Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
• Strong experience with custom connectors, API integrations, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Advanced knowledge of SPFx, React JS, JavaScript, C#, HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Graph API, and security configurations.
• Ability to design scalable LCNC solutions with complex business rules and multiple data sources.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert preferred.
