We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM Testing professional with expertise in Microsoft D365. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios, identifying and tracking defects, and ensuring the overall quality of our CRM system. The role involves working closely with our development and business teams to understand the system requirements and ensure that the CRM system functions as expected. The candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
•    Conduct thorough testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure optimal functionality.
•    Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve system defects.
•    Document all testing stages and identify potential improvements.
•    Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide feedback on system performance.
Required Skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing.
•    Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
•    Knowledge of CRM industry practices and trends.
•    Experience with automated testing tools.
•    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
•    Understanding of SQL and database testing.
•    Experience with performance and/or security testing.
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
•    Familiarity with JavaScript and .NET.
•    Experience with API testing.
•    Understanding of business process re-engineering.
•    Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
