Title:  Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager (PM/DM) for Testing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of software testing, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, planning and executing testing strategies, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. The PM/DM will also be responsible for risk management, issue resolution, and reporting on testing progress, results, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
•    Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
•    Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
•    Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills
•    Proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
•    Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
•    Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead a team.
•    The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications.
Preferred Skills
•    Experience with automated testing tools.
•    Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development process.
•    Familiarity with performance and/or security testing.
•    Understanding of coding languages like Java, Python, etc.
•    Experience with database management and SQL.
•    Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, etc.
•    Familiarity with mobile application testing.
•    Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
•    Strong problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
