Transition Manager - JD
- Lead Transition planning activities
- Develop comprehensive Transition plan, socialize it and gain necessary alignment from all key stakeholders
- Drive Tower leads to develop detailed Knowledge Acquisition Plans (KAP) for all major applications
- Lead Transition Wave planning
- Track compliance of each application transition to planned KAP
- Oversee execution of all Transition work streams as per plan including financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication
- Publish all deliverables and reports as per agreed schedule
- Organize and contribute to all meetings as described under transition governance with relevant supporting reports
- Own the action register and oversee timely execution of all activities assigned to Birlasoft
- Oversee Operational readiness assessment and draft any remedial measures
- Oversee Transition Risk management, monitoring .and control. Approve/oversee execution of mitigation plans
- Ensure knowledge objectives are being met from ongoing KT sessions by evaluating team’s feedback and performance on KT evaluation and readiness assessment measures
- Define remediation measures for any exceptions on operational readiness assessment
