Required skills and Experience:
Overall 12+ years of experiences in delivering testing services (functional / non-functional, manual & automation) to large Enterprises
Experience in Project Management, Test Management, and Client engagement and people management skills.
Leading teams of 5- 10 people and able to resolve/ address/ route functional/ technical queries from test team.
Experience on Test Estimation, Resource Planning and Setup of Testing Team
7+ years of experience in testing Microsoft D365 CRM application (Sales, Customer service and Marketing).
Manage and align with different teams - Development, Release management, BA/ PO Teams.
Experience on Creation of Test Strategy, Test Plan and Approach based on Program.
Defect tracking and management, including chairing defect management meetings.
Participate in entry exit criteria review.
Prepare Test Plan Test Completion Report Participate in review meetings of test deliverables.
Able to estimate testing work for the team based on story/ feature documents.
Lead and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases and test procedures.
Keeping track of new requirements from the project.
Experience / Knowledge of test automation and test accelerators.
Experience preparing estimates, high-level proposals, frameworks for new business opportunities (Good to have)
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. (Good to have)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with developers, consultants, and business users.
Assigning the task to the team members manage the workload efficiently.
Good knowledge on Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules in CRM application.
