Role Overview:
The Project Manager will lead and oversee ETL and Data Integration projects leveraging Informatica PowerCenter. This role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding of ETL systems, and the ability to manage delivery timelines, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ETL/Informatica projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage and mentor ETL teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams for resource allocation and project execution.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Manage client communication, escalations, and project governance activities.
