The RPA Lead and Automation Program Delivery Manager is a dual-critical role bridging high-end technical solutioning with rigorous agile team management. The successful candidate will spearhead both end-to-end

Automation Development and multi-tier Support teams across complex global business domains.

Operating as a practicing Scrum Master, this leader will drive delivery-led growth, scale hyperautomation practices via cutting-edge Agentic AI architectures, orchestrate tactical workforce capacity expansion models, and anchor strategic roadmaps directly with core client executives. The candidate must exhibit a distinct combination of technical acumen in enterprise tools and high-level client delivery capabilities.

Position Title: RPA Lead / Automation Delivery Manager                                                             

Department: Integration & Intelligent Automation

Core Tech Stack: UiPath (Autopilot/Agents, Insights), Power Platform  (Copilot Studio)                            

 Methodology: Agile / Scrum / ITSM Framework

Advanced Platform Migrations: Direct familiarity handling UiPath Azure Cloud Migration Management and platform version upgrades.

BI & Reporting Dashboards: Hands-on experience configuring analytical reporting tools such as Power BI,  Elastic Search, Kibana, or QlikView

Compliance & Auditing: Exposure to structuring Master Implementation Plans (MIP), O&M SOPs, and conducting formal account audits. Active work on ROI  Targets for an engagement.
